FLEX College Prep is seeking dynamic individuals with strong communication skills to join our pool of instructors and teach high school students. Subjects include standardized test prep (ACT/SAT/PSAT), AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, Speech, and Leadership. This is a great opportunity for meaningful work in a supportive environment.

We do NOT require teaching certification. We welcome your application, whether you

are a recent college grad, a graduate student, a current teacher, or looking to make a

career switch into education. We provide training immediately preceding teaching.

What we're looking for:

• Experience Teaching 1 of the following: SAT prep, PSAT prep, ACT prep, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, Speech, Leadership
• Possess strong reading and comprehension skills
• Commitment to on-site summer schedule
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Are comfortable and confident with technology.
• Have a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Possess patience and supportive dialogue with students and parents.

• Work with students on-site / in-person classrooms

• Earn between $600 - $700 per week
• Receive comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
• Only 20 hours per week M – F
