We are looking to add an additional member to our Placard Team.

• Work with engraving machine to make placards
• Scan new permits and upload them to CRM
• Print and prepare plans for the next day Permitting
• Print placards & create folders
• Gather all receipts and report to Accounts Payable
• Prepare all the folders and get them ready on the shelf
• Make sure checklist is being followed for folders and inspections
• Maintain the online store
• Track Folders
