Carroll Fulmer Logistics is Hiring a Facility Maintenance Specialist Near Groveland, FL
- Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions
- Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (eg. Wall switches, outlets, incandescent & fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, fuses, minor appliances, cords, ect).
- Using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools and lawn equipment
- Performing minor plumbing maintenance, painting, carpentry work as needed
- Performing lawn care maintenance of the property (mowing, edging, weed-eating, tree trimming, and sprinkler systems
- Needs forklift certification to perform warehouse duties.
- Must have valid automobile license.
- Empty trash as needed.
- Keep warehouse neat and orderly at all times.
- Transfer loads as needed.
- Use pressure washer to keep sidewalks and building clean.
