Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic culinary terminology is beneficial
- Ability to sanitize work areas and follow proper hygiene practices
