• Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describeflavor profile
• Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
• Prepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events
• Complete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed
• Practice FIFO (First In First Out)
• Maintaining a clean environment
• —— (Prep Tables, Hot Line, Coolers, Sinks, Floors, Walls, Storage)
• Make any & all food Items following standardized recipes and procedures
• Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures
• Communicate with General Manager on any product shortages
