As a Porter, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. You’ll perform janitorial responsibilities in maintaining the cleanliness, health, and safety of your retail store.

Play an active role in helping your store, your people and your customer win. 

• Partner with store leaders to maintain standards and protocol in the health and safety of our customers and associates for an inviting, clean and presentable store
• Use proper machines and materials to clean common areas such as the retail sales floor, restrooms, and office space
• Greet, assist, and respond quickly to customer requests and concerns
• Be flexible on responsibilities (i.e. cashier, returns, online pick-ups, other duties as assigned)

 Essential skills and experience: 

• Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
• Able to perform cleaning and light maintenance, including the ability to learn and use commercial cleaning machines, cleaning processes and using of disinfectant /sanitization chemicals
• Collaborate and work with other team members
• Must be able to engage with and speak to customers 
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
