Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Virtual Consultation Representative to join our team. This part-time, remote role is pivotal in responding to client inquiries and facilitating the booking process for consultations via video calls, online scheduling, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a key part of our customer service team, ensuring potential clients receive timely, accurate, and friendly guidance on setting appointments with our eye care provider clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads via video calls to discuss their needs and answer any questions regarding our client's eye care services.
• Utilize online scheduling tools to help clients book appointments efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information and correspondence.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience (minimum 2 years required).
• Strong familiarity with video conferencing tools, online scheduling platforms, and CRMs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work part-time during Eastern Time Zone mid-day and evening hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
