Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team.

Duties:
- Each appointment setter MUST have a minimum of 5 appointment for every day worked, some days an appointment setter can set up 3 or more appointments in less than 1 hour.
- An appointments to be “considered as an appointment” must be confirmed with the homeowner and must not fail.
- Setting an appointment takes 3 to 5 minutes per home. Your job isn’t to sell anything, you are simply setting up appointments with homeowners. It’s very easy to set an appointment.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline for purchasing our products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or additional information.
