Job Description:
As a Medicare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of Medicare. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking Medicare coverage, as well as ensuring compliance with all Medicare regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on Medicare eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
• Assist clients in selecting Medicare plans that best meet their healthcare needs and budget.
• Provide personalized support to clients throughout the Medicare enrollment process, including completing applications and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to Medicare regulations and policies, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff to coordinate appointments and follow up care for our clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with all Medicare documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• California Insurance License(required), AHIP training
• Prior experience working in a Medicare-related role, such as Medicare counseling or enrollment assistance(required)
• Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and policies, including Medicare Part D plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse populations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
