Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing duct cleaning projects and providing accurate estimates of the project. If you have experience in this area that would be great but if not, we will train you.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling to different locations to estimate projects.
- Meet with different managers/engineers to look at and evaluate projects.
- Conduct research to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals and submit them to managers/engineers.
- Evaluate project scope and provide cost estimate to the manager/engineer
- Contacting potential clients and arranging estimates when in the office.
Skills:
- Must like people and be able to communicate with them.
- Must be able to drive
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate projects.
- Need basic math skills
