YOUR DAY

As a Project Estimator, you collaborate closely with our sales/design team to gather project specs and create captivating floor plans using 3D software. Additionally, you develop comprehensive remodeling plans, negotiate quotes with trade partners, and input data for compelling proposals. During the remodeling process, you ensure constant communication to align plans with client expectations. Utilizing your problem-solving skills, you gain hands-on experience visiting job sites and expand your knowledge of construction processes and home renovation materials. You also foster strong relationships with team members in our collaborative environment and make a tangible impact bringing dreams to life, one project at a time.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an excellent verbal and written communicator who is self-motivated and goal-oriented. Additionally, this team player must have effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks as needed. We also require:

  • High school diploma or 2 years of work-related experience in a related field and position
  • Some experience working with residential trade contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile, and flooring)
  • Understanding of construction basics
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Design software experience with 20/20 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Exceptional customer relations skills with an internal and external customer service focus
