Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director – Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Associate is responsible for:

• Support the development of investor communications and disclosures, including earnings presentations, monthly updates, press releases and Q&A for C-Suite
• Lead the preparation of analyses including consensus estimates, peer valuation comparisons, register analysis and market trends
• Support the co-ordination and management of investor events such as roadshows, conferences and site visits, both locally and internationally
• Support engagement with sell side analysts, institutional and high net worth investors (including participation in meetings)
• Input, as required into other communications-related workstreams (e.g. public relations and marketing)
• Build strong relationships across business units including Finance, Legal, Commercial and AI Cloud Services

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:

• Degree qualified in Finance / Business / Engineering / Legal, with a strong academic record
• 3 – 7 years’ experience in either investor relations / equities research / investment banking / Big 4 corporate finance
• Ability to assess financial statements, information and models
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines
• Prior experience working in a listed environment highly regarded

• Salary starting from: USD $120,000 (increases depending on experience)
