JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager manages all postal/mail operations at designated Department of Interior (DOI) mail sites, ensuring that the program and services are in accord with contract requirements, Agency practices and procedures, and best practice standards. The position oversees operational, administrative, staff management, and quality practices of the program.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative supervision of 25-30 FTEs.
