We are seeking full-time Sales Agents to professionally represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products. Our extensive training program prepares you as a licensed insurance agent.

This position works exclusively in the Independence, Ohio call center location.

With our strong AAA products and legendary service, you'll enjoy the benefits of receiving member and internet sales leads to meet monthly sales goal.

Responsibilities include :

• Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
• Multi-tasking and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications :

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused
• Ability to multi-task, cross-sell and accurately quote insurance rates
• 2 years sales experience highly preferred
• Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license preferred
• College Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
