Position Overview:

As a Remote Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a remote position based in Texas, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and minimizing project risks.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
• Lead project meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and permits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with remote teams.
• PMP certification or similar credentials preferred.
