Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building and Cross-Selling:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients as you build and expand your book of business.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Engage in consultative selling to educate clients on insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively presenting insurance options.
    • Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively support clients throughout their insurance journey.
  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, insurance products, and industry regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance your skills and knowledge continuously.
Qualifications:
  • State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
  • Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Must be able to pass a financial services background check
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
  • Motivated self-starter with a hunger for career growth.
  • Coachable and open to learning a new industry.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $41,000 per year
  • Expected Total Earnings: $55,000 to $70,000 in the first year (including commissions and bonuses)
  • Anticipated Second-Year Earnings: $90,000 to $110,000
