All Phase CS is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

All Phase CS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business and managing the customer acquisition pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to close sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of All Phase CS products and services
  • Cultivate new business from existing customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain current sales territory’s market share status by attending trade shows, negotiating deals, and using personal networks to generate new prospects
  • Set up appointments to show the product or service to potential customers through the sales process
  • Conduct prospecting calls to target potential customers by phone and email
  • Follow-up with customers after showing the product or service
  • Negotiate price and terms with potential customers for additional sales opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of the inside sales process, including creating proposals, closing deals, and following-up with customers after they buy from us
  • Build a pipeline of future potential customers that will come to you for future leads
  • Stay current on all All Phase CS products and services information and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, both undergraduate degree and four years of experience in a related field are considered.
