Day Wireless is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

An ideal candidate will have the drive and self motivation to reach out to a variety of clients from our HQ Inside Sales location in Milwaukie OR. In person or remote work!

Must be a Customer Service expert and want to provide communication solutions to all types of industries. "Never met a stranger" personality would fit excellent in this role. 

Looking for someone who wants a career path rather than just a job.

​​​​​​​Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate inbound and outbound sales with established and prospective customers.
  • Provide customer support from first contact through order completion to product receipt.
  • Resolves complaints and removes road blocks for customers, researches best delivery method and delivery status to meet customer deadlines.
  • Research and quote pricing for products accessories, options, warranty(ies), licensing.
  • Offers products and promotions to meet customer needs and reach goals
  • Input customer profile, orders, account, rebilling, and other data into computer system and spread sheets. File and organize papers and desk area.

We will train you on:

Knowledge of:

  • Selling of products, accessories, credit, warranties, licensing.
  • Positive customer service, meeting customer needs, meeting sales goals.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year of sales experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook (e-mail & calendar), Excel, data base software.
