Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year

Description

Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative in our Tulsa, OK market to support the growth of our Power Generation service channel. We’re looking for a dynamic and solutions driven candidate who has passion for developing business as well as expertise in providing focus and accountability for achieving company initiatives and personal success.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Service Sales division by managing expired planned maintenance agreements (PMA), ensuring agreement retention, addressing accounts on credit hold, and providing sales support. This position is instrumental in driving PMA retention and supporting the Service Sales division in achieving specified KPI’s.  

Essential Job Functions:

Contract Retention:

  • Manage expired Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMA) ensuring timely renewal and customer satisfaction. This includes reviewing expired PMA’s, communicating with customers, and making agreement modifications to secure renewal.
  • Process renewed PMA details in company accounting systems (GP).
  • Follow-up with customers throughout the retention process and document activity in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer notes and sales related documentation in CRM and GP.
  • Implement strategies to maximize contract retention and minimize attrition.

Credit Hold:

      • Monitor PMAs on credit hold and collaborate with cross functional departments to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Communicate with customers to understand concerns and address payment issues promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with internal depts to verify credit issues, initiate action plans, and facilitate credit release.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with outside sales team on special projects include, but not limited to; RFP’s, Vendor Packets.

Essential Job Requirements:

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in inside sales support, contract management or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with instruction in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
