Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a free comprehensive training and coaching program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money, having a flexible schedule, and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply today!

We provide

  • Leads - Buyer and seller lead every day.
  • Support - you will have help and training always
  • Training - We have weekly training that covers every aspect of real estate.
  • Coaching - we have weekly and one on one coaching available.

Responsibilities may include

  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office/Google familiarity
  • Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
