Job Title: Inside Territory Representative

Reports To: Director Retail Chains
FLSA Status: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
WORK HOURS:
Schedules and shift assignments may be subject to change based on business needs 1st Shift 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday (hours subject to change based on business need)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for achieving sales objectives and growing sales volume for Hoya, Seiko and Vision Ease portfolio of products and services through prospecting, generating leads, and servicing a pre-existing small to mid-size retail & wholesale account base.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and prospects. Execute high-impact persuasive conversations with decision-makers to achieve growth requirements. Consistently achieves established sales goals and conducts business in a manner consistent with the HOYA Cares Values.
