The Quoter/Estimator - Inside Sales team member at the McKeesport, PA facility is focused on generating and driving new business opportunities as well as supporting existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, and Industrial customer tooling requirements.
• Propose engineering and/or tooling body revisions to meet or exceed the customer’s needs.
• Respond to quote requests to qualify customers.
• Estimate tooling costs based on customer-approved drawings.
• Complete the order entry process including scheduling shipments and providing support for exports.
• Ensure shipping dates are accurate by providing updates to the customer or operations teams if there are changes to the shipping schedule.
• Serve as the liaison to direct the customer to other internal departments for specialized assistance.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Previous rotary press or machine shop experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated successful negotiation skills, a plus.

Desired Skillsets:

• Great listening and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to solve tooling design problems by reviewing drawings and specifications.
• Machining or Drafting experience is a plus.
• Market knowledge is a plus.
• Quick Learner.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• High integrity.

Pay: The hourly range is between $30-40/hr based on your education, skills, and experience.
