The Internal Link Builder will play a key role in overseeing the centralized support functions. You will be responsible for identifying and securing backlinks from authority sites within our industry or niche, with focus on websites that have high Domain Authority (DA) which will all be managed on a specific spreadsheet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Target industry-relevant sites for backlinks, ensuring that our content is recognized as relevant and valuable within our niche.
• Obtain contextual links that are naturally embedded with content, such as articles or blog posts prioritizing those that offer significant value beyond mere placement.
• Develop a diversified backlink profile by targeting a variety of sources, including blogs, news sites, directories, and social media platforms.
• Incorporate a mix of link types in our profile, including dofollow and nofollow links, image links, and embeds, to present a natural and balanced approach to link building.
• Focus on securing backlinks from high traffic sites that are likely to direct relevant visitors to our site, thereby not just boosting SEO but also enhancing user engagement.
• Ensure that all backlinks contribute positively to the user experience of the linking site, avoiding tactics that could be perceived as manipulative by search engines or detrimental to users
• SEO Link builder, increase overall search traffic and increase keyword rankings
• Organizing link-building process for all Operio websites. This will include outreach, article creation, and project management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in a Link builder role.
• Strong understanding of SEO links and how to leverage them, with a keen eye on attention to detail.
• Link-building relationship management
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 based on education, experience, and skills.
