Job Summary
We are seeking Nurse Practitioners with a Semaglutide and weight loss background for telemedicine consultations with patients across the United States. Our client is a long time, national leader in wellness that has patient safety and success as their top priority. You will work from home and provide synchronous telemedicine consultations for prescriptions for Semaglutide and other weight loss protocols. Additional prescription products will become available in the future.
The ideal candidate is an APRN that currently holds multiple state licenses, with a goal of 35 or more licenses. Our client will provide assistance for employees who have interest in pursuing additional state license applications.
Responsibilities and Duties

• The Nurse Practitioner will work synchronous prescriptions totaling up to 8 hours daily, dependent on the number of licenses held and corresponding work available. All prescriptions must be issued within 24 hours of receipt in our EHR.
• Carry out up to 30 minute consultations via a live HIPAA compliant video chat.
• Determine patient's eligibility for requested prescription product and document in EHR.
• Process online/electronic prescriptions for Semaglutide and manage the patient journey from initial visit through lab reviews and final Rx eligibility determination.
• Ideal candidate is licensed in greater than 35 states. This position is remote so the Nurse Practitioner can reside anywhere in the United states.
• The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to acquire licenses in the remainder of the states for which they do not hold a license. Our client will pay for all licensing costs.
