Inside Sales Representative

At Proper Roofing & Remodeling we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers providing superior service from start to finish. As a start up company with 4 years of success and incredible growth we are looking for a highly competent and skilled inside sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them when issues arise during a call. As the voice of our company you must possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills as well as a results driven mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s services to go off-script when necessary
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request
  • Memorize scripts and refer to them during calls
  • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately.
  • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Monday-Friday 230-8pm & rotating Saturdays 10-4pm
  • Must live within 45 minutes of 16770 Imperial Valley Drive in Houston, Texas.
  • $60,000-$85,000/yr (based on experience)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
