Position Description
A Rod Winder manually winds thread wraps on fly rods to specification.
Please note: this position works on-site at the Rod Shop (M-F, 7:00am – 3:30pm). This is not a remote position.

• We support a healthy work/life balance with a M-F daytime shift that ends mid-afternoon – no evening or night shifts, no mandatory weekends. This is a full-time position.
• Our starting rate is $15/hour and we offer a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Patience with repetitive and detailed work
• Attention to detail and ability to perform with accuracy
• Experience with sewing, crafts, or other fine handwork is preferred
