Laudio, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Principal Product Manager

About the Role:

As a core member of Laudio's growing product team, you will play an integral role in shaping Laudio's product and owning new features/extensions across their lifecycle. Your work will directly impact front-line leaders - helping them better manage their teams and improve healthcare delivery and quality.

You will be a senior individual contributor and report to the Head of Product and Engineering. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, client engagement and sales to drive product innovation and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and technical capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions that delight our clients. This role does not involve much travel, but you might occasionally be required to travel to Kathmandu, Nepal, where a large portion of our development team is based

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Be a key collaborator in designing and driving Laudio's product strategy through qualitative and quantitative research, synthesis, and communication. Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
  • Market Analysis: Build mastery in Laudio's product, market, users, and buyers. Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitive research, customer segmentation and trend analysis. Identify emerging opportunities and threats to inform product strategy.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Craft creative solutions, execute complex feature sets / new products, and manage them across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering (both onshore and offshore), Design, Marketing, Client Engagement and Sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Customer Insight: Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market research to inform product decisions. Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development process and create feedback mechanisms for building great products.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance. Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Leadership: Provide mentorship to product managers and cross-functional team members. Inspire and empower the team to achieve excellence in product development and develop best practices within the function. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and clients. Communicate product vision, strategy and process effectively across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices, including Agile methodologies, user-centered design and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to drive the product strategy, management and execution of a B2B product launch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making using Excel and SQL, at a minimum. 
  • An owner's mindset - lead from the front, be hands-on, accountable, learn fast, and execute with speed and iteration. 
  • (Optional but a big plus) Experience building CRM style / Workforce management products
