Workday Integration Specialist (Functional/Technical)

MAJUS is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist with a strong background in both functional and technical aspects of Workday solutions. This mid-to-senior level position requires at least 7 years of comprehensive experience in Workday's suite, including but not limited to Benefits, HCM, Payroll, and more. As a critical role in our expansion within the federal sector, this opportunity is aimed at professionals who excel in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, facilitating seamless integration across Workday's diverse modules. This is a full-time role offering a pathway to significant growth and development within our innovative organization.

Mission:

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will lead the charge in integrating Workday functionalities across various modules, ensuring a cohesive system that aligns with strategic objectives and meets client requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in the planning, configuration, design, testing, and deployment of Workday Feature Releases, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead integration projects across Workday modules (Benefits, HCM, Payroll, etc.), overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
• Provide operational support, addressing backlog and critical issues with effective solutions.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure solutions are tailored to business needs, delivering functional and technical expertise as needed.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday to offer insights for system improvements and process enhancements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective implementation of integration solutions, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Workday configurations, understanding ERP architecture, and applying this knowledge to feature release assessments and enhancements.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in Workday implementations, covering a broad spectrum of modules like Benefits, HCM, Payroll, etc.
• Demonstrated capability in both functional and technical aspects of Workday integrations.
• Strong foundation in project management methodologies, with preference given to those with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at producing comprehensive documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A BA or BS degree in a related field is required.

Salary:

$90,000.00 – $140,000.00, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and certifications.
