Job Title: Sr. Data Modeler

Number of openings: 1

Location: Remote, Pacific Time Zone hours

Duration: 7 months; through end of 2024 extension possible

Exp 15 yrs of IT exp required

Responsibilities

The Data Modeler shall have the following knowledge and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer/data science technical or related experience.
• 10 years of hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols).
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts required.
• Strong data modeling experience
• Needs knowledge and experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Huge bonus if they have experience with health care / insurance
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with start schema
• Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.
• Ability to work independently
• Perform other duties relevant to project as assigned
