Counter Sales – Inside Sales – Heavy-Duty Truck Parts – Full-Time / Great Falls, MT

As a Counter Sales rep, you will be responsible for performing sales activities inside the store. You will develop sales relationships with walk-in and telephone customers by delivering best-in-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
• Determine customers' truck parts needs
• Assist customers with warranties
• Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse
• Process orders for the outside sales team

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred
• Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plus
• Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs
• Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Customer service orientation
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to safely lift heavy parts and use a forklift
