We are expanding and looking for an Estoppel Processor to contribute to our dynamic team. While experience Estoppel and with HOA is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as we are committed to providing comprehensive training.

Pay: $18 per hour

Location: 6801 Palisades Park Ct, Suite #2, Fort Myers, FL 33912

Job Type: Full-time (40-hour workweek)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm), with the ability to work a hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment. The hybrid schedule is three days in the office (M-W-F) and two days remote T-TH).

Job Overview:
As an Estoppel Processor, you will be responsible for handling crucial tasks related to property information verification, communication with associations, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of estoppel orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify property information provided by our clients and prepare the file for processing.
Order estoppel letters through Homeowner’s Association or Condo Association for any unforeseen debts, such as past-due assessments, special assessments, fees for violations, legal fees, etc.
Request payoff letters online or with checks through FedEx.
Maintain detailed records of payments and refund requests.
Ensure timely completion of all follow-up tasks.
Respond promptly to client and interdepartmental requests.
Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
Process a minimum of 10 orders per day with less than a 7% error rate.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of office experience.
Previous experience in real estate, title companies, administrative-type roles, or banking is a plus.
Knowledge of Estoppel certificates preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct online research and contact HOA or Condo Associations and other providers as needed.
Quick typing skills, proficiency with technology, comfortable with data entry activities, and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
