Role Overview:

Partner with executive leadership to enhance our impact and sustainability. Responsibilities include managing donor relationships, crafting grant proposals, and coordinating strategic funder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage donor and strategic partnerships.
• Draft and submit grant proposals.
• Plan and execute funder engagement strategies.
• Manage fundraising data and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate on event planning and execution.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 4-5 years’ experience in fundraising or business development.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred. Asana, too!
• Commitment to inclusive and equitable practices.

Location & Travel:

This remote role is based preferably in the Bay Area for occasional in-person meetings, with some travel required.
