WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are looking to expand our Inside and Outside Sales Team by adding Qualified Sales Representatives with Freight Broker experience is a must. We are looking for individuals who have a book of business and who are looking to join a growing company with career advancement opportunities, aggressive commissions for top performers, and a high-energy work environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Develop customer relationships in order to effectively support our Customers
  • Identify and engage potential clients, developing a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain new business and to move freight for existing Customers
  • Manage Shipping and Carrier relationships
  • Negotiate rates
  • Track shipments and provide updates to the customer
  • Generate Business Leads
  • Source Carriers and Customers
  • Create and maintain Customer Relationships
  • Sales Minded and Internally Driven to Succeed

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Must be Trustworthy and Honest
  • Must have a book of business
  • Strong Telephone Skills and Written Communication A Must
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years equal experience in the transportation industry
  • Ability to Multi-Task with Attention to Detail
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, While also delivering independent results.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
