Your opportunity

Project manage and contribute to firmwide annual ESG reports, including Responsibility Report and TCFD Report
Write standard ESG-related RFP/DDQ responses and work with Knowledge Management to update records
Oversee annual Principles for Responsible Investment reporting/assessment process
Partner with Responsibility Marketing and Communications Analyst to share and promote Responsibility messaging internally and externally
Work with investment desks and central Content team to advise on ESG-related thought leadership, as appropriate
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content
Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills

ESG Knowledge: Deep understanding of ESG principles and reporting standards, including experience with TCFD reporting and Principles for Responsible Investment
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications, or similar)
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $70-$90k. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through April 26, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
