POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sale Representative works to increase parts and service sales throughout Holt’s assigned territory by engaging new customers and existing customer on the customer list primarily through telephone calls and email.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED and three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid Class C driver license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places.
The employee will be working in facilities and on job sites that may have loud machinery and/or equipment noises.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually.
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
