Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Engineering team. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for several duties at Digi Security Systems, including sales quote creation, construction bid market review and bid design, sales design, and sales support duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and assisting others, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Read and understand quote requests from the outside sales team
· Create accurate sales quotes based on drawings and narratives
· Track and Update work tickets within DIGI’s Ticketing System Software
· Learn portfolio of supported products and services. 
· Perform Construction Takeoffs
Required Qualifications
· Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 Year minimum workforce experience, Sales department experience preferred
