We are currently seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Talent Acquisition department to help support our recruiting activity. What you’ll do:
  • Partner with internal TA team and external vendors to manage full life-cycle recruiting process for various business units.
  • Interface with third party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from the ATS to highlight recruiting activity per job and department.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Must maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
What you’ll bring:
  • Two or three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Prior experience with a web-based applicant tracking system
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel with regards to reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
