Inside Sales/Admissions Coordinator - Assisted Living

Salary: up to $75K per year (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

•Must have healthcare experience as a Marketer or in Admissions; experience in assisted living preferred.

•Proven sales experience and ability to effectively sell services.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Must be an energetic, self-driven individual with ability to develop and maintain relationships.

•Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple admissions and inquiries simultaneously.

•Compassionate and patient approach when dealing with individuals in challenging situations.

•Familiarity with the admissions process and regulations within the healthcare industry.

•Proficiency in using relevant software applications for record-keeping and data management.

Responsibilities:

•Will engage with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the benefits and features of the facility. 

•Build strong relationships and trust by providing accurate and compelling information about their community. 

•Sell the unique qualities of the facility, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents. 

•Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating prospective resident’s needs. 

•Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility, highlighting the amenities, services, and care available. Promote the facility and attract potential clients.

•Conduct inside sales activities, including managing high-volume phone calls and effectively selling the facility

•Manage Google Ads 

•Utilize healthcare industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

•Efficiently handle paperwork related to admissions and sales processes.
