POSITION: Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Construction
REPORTS TO: President
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Project Manager (PM) is a key player on our construction team, responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. The PM has the experience to execute projects from start to finish; the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships resulting in customer satisfaction; and the commitment to create and maintain a safety culture. Project Managers clearly communicate with subcontractors and owners; have a strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and accounting; are results-oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines; and are known for being able to provide innovative and sound solutions to complex problems.
