TERMAC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Join Termac Corporation, a 60-year-old industry leader in Commercial Dishwashers, as an Inside Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, detail oriented, a passion for timeliness and excellence, and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of our organization. Qualified candidate must have a great personality.

This part-time position, based in our Wind Gap, PA facility, offers the potential for remote work upon completion of training requirements.

Responsibilities

  • This position is part time and it is not remote. Potential to become remote after training requirements are reached.
  • Making large amount of outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Receiving inbound calls from potential and existing customers.
  • Ability to follow training method during your initial training.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on services we provide.

Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 28 per week
