This position is responsible for executing the problem ticket support process for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM systems. This position will also be responsible for Payroll specific tickets related to the Oracle HCM system. They will serve as the primary liaison between the Business and IT, including Oracle, as it relates to problem tickets and enhancement requests. This individual will aide the business in prioritizing open issues and driving to resolution in a timely manner. They will also serve as subject matter experts and participate in technology based projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute the activities of the system support process within the Finance Technology Team. Ensure proper assignment of problem tickets to the appropriate team member or business process owner. Ensure proper documentation is included in all requests and assign the appropriate priority based on feedback. Escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate party, ensure timely resolution of tickets and adjust support processes as needed to meet Business requirements.
• Primary liaison with Oracle, our system support provider. Participate in weekly status meetings with Oracle, providing necessary updates from the Business and working with Oracle to resolve open issues. Escalate issues as needed with Finance Leadership.
• Work with the Business to understand and communicate business requirements to our technical teams. Participate in business process owner meetings to ask clarifying questions and gather requirements to be shared with the IT and Oracle teams.
• Provide visibility and communicate status of support process to Finance Leadership by compiling the appropriate data to report on ticket metrics. Example metrics include number of tickets open, average days to close tickets and average days tickets are open. Analyze metrics to identify concerning trends and make recommendations to resolve.

• Education: Bachelors Degree

  Additional education information (major, etc.): Accounting, Finance or Information Technology/Systems
• 1-3 years of experience with suite of Oracle Financial Products (ERP, EPM, HCM) either in Accounting, IT, or (preferred) a combination of both.
• 1-3 years of experience with financial systems in any of the following areas – systems testing planning/execution, requirement gathering and issue troubleshooting/resolution
• Proficient in Excel and Word

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
