Job Description: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote
As a Recruiter at AceApplications, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent mission critical projects. You will collaborate closely with our team and key stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions to fulfill business and project goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders while ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with stakeholder organizations to understand IT staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
· Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
· Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
· Present qualified candidates for consideration and coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the job search and placement process.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely communication and coordination between stakeholders, candidates, and internal staff.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and stakeholder records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other internal databases.
· Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates and all stakeholders
· Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on IT staffing and recruitment.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively source, screen, and assess technical candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates, clients, and team members.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment technologies.
· Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.
