What You'll Do:

As the Account Manager - Client Growth, you will be responsible for:

• Client Portfolio Management:
  • Nurture, retain and expand relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, growth, and success.
• Identifying Growth Opportunities:
  • Proactively identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities to deepen penetration of our existing client book.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
• Client Retention:
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Success to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions in partnership with the Customer Care team.
• Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement and expansion.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to share insights and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Engage with internal teams to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role for 2-5 years.
• Strong understanding of Legal Industry and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
• Demonstrated success in achieving client growth and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$75,000 to $85,000 base with $100,000-$120,000 OTE dependent on experience and location.
