EnviroServe is Hiring a Remote National Sales - Account Manager

The National Accounts Project Manager is responsible for running and tracking projects from start to finish. This role will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing customers. This role requires a blend of environmental industry knowledge and strong project execution ability. This position requires flexible hours, including weekend and night coverage as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and communicating with vendors to perform projects.
Address customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain trust.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Assist with adjusting purchase orders and line items.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations, including timely addressing any project discrepancies.
Provide support to Sales Team in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer service agreements.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Stay informed on environmental regulations and industry standards to provide knowledgeable guidance to current and prospective customers.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Minimum 3 years’ experience in environmental project management.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a Team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and after hours.
