Vocantas is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team on the East Coast of the US!
As an Account Manager at Vocantas, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our relationships with key business clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing client retention, and increasing revenue opportunities through strategic management and deployment of our communication solutions.
Vocantas has been providing powerful automated communication solutions for over 18 years. We solve complex human capital management and customer outreach challenges, servicing Fortune 500 companies within healthcare, manufacturing, service and delivery, and retail industries.
