Our team is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join them for approximately 12 months. You will report to the US Recruitment Manager and will have a remote work schedule.

To be considered for the Recruiter role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with HRIS/ATS, such as Workday.

As a Recruiter, you will:

Own and manage full lifecycle recruitment for roles at various levels across the US.
Hold recruitment strategy intake sessions with hiring leaders to gather relevant details about the positions.
Prepare job advertisements, inclusive of marketing material for other job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Conduct resume reviews to ensure candidates meet the basic minimum requirements.
Define and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies/techniques.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR professionals globally.
Ensure accuracy and completion of candidate records/statuses within Workday.
Partner with Recruitment Coordinator on the interview scheduling and pre-employment onboarding processes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives or other projects as required.

Salary Range:

$80,000- $100,000/year, based on experience
