About The Role:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting customers as they purchase the materials necessary for various building projects. From the initial greeting to finalizing the sale and beyond, you'll provide superior service and building supply expertise. This position offers excellent income potential and numerous training and growth opportunities.

Specific duties may include:

  • Assisting customers in finding the right solutions for their building needs
  • Discussing the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Establishing rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long-term clients
  • Coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
