SUMMARY OF POSITION :

The HR Project Coordinator – West Region will be located at Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill and will support the HR Operations team to include Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Hampden Medical Center, and Life Lion LLC. This position is responsible for the coordination of the New Employee Experience for the entities, providing our new hires with an exceptional first day by ensuring their needs are met and that they have the support to be successful in their new hire journey. In addition, this role will support the HR team by coordinating, planning, and organizing, including special projects and initiatives, and assisting with employee retention and engagement. This role will manage a wide range of HR support tasks and will use judgment to interpret policies and procedures. In addition, this position investigates and resolves issues while maintaining high confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.

This position will have the ability for partial remote work once fully trained and competent in the role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required (4 years)

Additional Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Experience working in the Human Resources field is preferred.
  • Must be available to begin working at 6:45 AM on new employee orientation dates.
  • Presentation skills are essential as this position will facilitate new employee orientation regularly.
