Ameritech Construction is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative (I.S.R)

ENTRY LEVEL PHONE SALES: Earn $15-$30/hr

Ameritech is a leader in the home improvement industry, the PREMIER window replacement option in the Northern Virginia area, and has been serving VA, D.C, AND MD for over 40 years!

The I.S.R position has UNCAPPED commission and is best suited for ambitious individuals with good social skills who want to turn their gift of conversation into money!

Job Requirements:

  • Make phone calls to prospects from the Ameritech database who have requested help with a project.
  • Engage in high-energy conversation & ask questions about issues customers have in their home.
  • Educate customers on any urgent issues they mention and explain the available Ameritech solution.
  • Use an appointment calendar to schedule a project manager to provide a free home inspection.

In depth training is provided before you ever make a call!

We use a tried and true method that has worked with our customers for years!

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

- Outgoing personality, high comfort level with engaging in conversations with new people each day

- Responsible, reliable, and punctual

- Enthusiastic & positive attitude.

- Must have your own reliable transportation

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Associates or Bachelors is preferred but NOT required if you have the RIGHT mindset!

In office at the Falls Church high-rise location.
