CORESTAFF Services is Hiring a Remote Collections Analyst
We are hiring a Collections Analyst for a remote role in the EST time zone!
Details:
- $37.26 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Temp to Hire
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST
- Remote in EST time zone

Only considering candidates with the following:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Collections Analyst role
- Proficient understanding of Financial Operations
- Customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in researching and contacting customers regarding unapplied cash, including initiating refund processes when necessary.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and government portals
Responsibilities:
- Credit card payments for both in Paymentech and Cardx, including incoming calls and virtual CC processing (YSI,AWS & DEW)
- Review of Sales orders more frequently under $10K for potential release from credit hold, aligning with collection efforts
- Invoice uploading of government portals such as IPP and WAWF.com (21 for IPP, 7 for WAWF)
- Saving debit memo for white glove customer disputes and/or request copy of Debit memo to work dispute.
- Reconciling/ Matching Debit memos and credit memos for offsetting, Search in ECOM for any credit memos for claim
- Send & Follow-up on Requested Payback of invalid deductions/debit memo taken by customers.
- Contacting A/P departments to change remittance address for checks going to DEW Branches or to an old/wrong address. This would be for customers who do not do ACH or Wire payments.
- Contacting customers to change to ACH/Wire payments.
- Following up with CSR 2.0s on any credits (AR adjs) identified as needed beyond the weekly Thursday DEW disputes calls or identified credits advised needed by RDs on the 2X/ mos DEW top 30 calls
- Assistance on unapplied cash report for DEW– researching/ contacting customers to secure written authorization on where to apply OR if no open AR, begin refund process
